To facilitate transport compliance services, we collect necessary information during form submission, including: Owner / Driver Name, Mobile Number (for notifications and confirmations), Email Address (for receipt delivery), Vehicle Registration Number, and Vehicle Specifications (seating capacity, fuel type, category).
2. How We Use Information
The information we collect is utilized strictly to: Process border tax and challan payments on the government portal, deliver official receipt PDFs and SMS updates, provide reminder alerts before your vehicle document expires, and respond to query submissions and customer support requests.
3. Data Security
All user details and payment tokens are handled over secure HTTPS channels. Your uploads are processed inside sandboxed environments and stored strictly on our VPS with retention timelines (e.g. deleting receipts after expiry + 2 days).
